Policies, how we work together
Scheduling
Shoot days must be confirmed 4 business days in advance. Same week requests may incur a scheduling fee.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Rounds beyond scope are billed per round, invoiced same week.
Payment terms
A prorated first payment is due upon signing of the agreement, covering the remaining days of the signing month. The full monthly retainer is then billed on the 1st of each following month and due upon receipt. Work begins once the first payment clears. The minimum term begins the 1st of the month following signing.
Scope & overages
Deliverables outside the agreed scope are quoted and approved before production begins. No free overages unless discussed prior in writing.
Ownership & usage
Photocharged retains full copyright on all work. Client receives perpetual, unlimited usage rights for marketing and commercial purposes upon payment clearance. Raw files not included unless negotiated separately.
Cancellation
30 day written notice required after minimum term. Early termination forfeits the current month's retainer. No refunds on work already delivered.
Packages effective 2026 and subject to change as volume and demand grow. Existing retainers honored through their current term.
